At Evolve Leadteam we design and develop our leadership training programmes, and other leadership interventions, in collaboration with individual clients. Through listening carefully to each clients needs and constraints, through understanding and engaging with their objectives and values, we endeavour to design and deliver programmes which are impactful, inspiring and fundamentally practical. This two-day programme developed for the Leadership Foundation for Higher Education is aimed at research active academics who are relatively new to leading research teams. Key elemenets include: listening skills, team building, leadership roles and responsibilities, what research leaders do, resolving conflcting demands, meeting skills.

Leading Research Leaders
Aimed at more senior research academics with responsibility for larger, multi-stakeholder projects or research centres, this two-day programme considers: the challenges of leading other leaders; team, operational and strategic level leadership; the functions of operational leadership; and, a comprehensive framework for leadership. This programme is also delivered through the Leadership Foundation for Higher Education.
