Your Team Leadership Profile will highlight what you believe to be your overall balance as a leader and what you believe your balance to be in different functional areas of leadership, selected from: Defining the Task, Planning, Briefing, Organising, Evaluating, Controlling, Supporting, Motivating, Inspiring, Setting an Example and Reviewing.


Your Leadership Profile is presented as a colour-based representation of External link opens in new tab or windowJohn Adair’s famous Three Circles model and reveals your overall ‘leadership colour’, which reflects your perceived balance of attention to the three areas of need. Each leadership function is also presented as a ‘leadership colour’, again reflecting your perceived balance of attention to these needs when engaging in each function.


In addition, we provide you with a Leadership Report which describes the findings from your profile, both overall and with respect to each leadership function, in a little more detail. This report also highlights your particular strengths and weaknesses in across the different leadership functions selected.


Finally, we provide you with a Leadership Report Summary, in which the findings are presented in a convenient table which allows easy comparison between each function.
